To cool down the wort as quickly as possible to fermenting temperature ice water in reverse flow is used. In order to guarantee the corresponding cooling effect, it must be ensured that the water has a constantly low temperature. Simple control and monitoring can be implemented with the JUMO eTRON M electronic microstat.
