For devices/modules that came into contact with hazardous substances, an explanation is required to allow decontamination!
Print out the required accompanying letter and add this to the return consignment of the device/module to be repaired.

If requested, you will receive a cost estimate. We will repair our product according to work time/spare parts, not on the basis of excessive flat rates. During the warranty time, you will receive a detailed service report.
