Cooling water

Heat has to be dissipated in many industrial plants. Cooling water is used as the heat carrier in technological processes. This water can be used in various ways, such as in air conditioning installations and in machine cylinder coolers, for condenser cooling, cooling steel melting furnaces, and cooling reaction products in the chemical industry. The water that is heated during industrial or power station processes is cooled down in a cooling tower. The cooling tower is normally a component of systems required to prepare cooling water for process cooling.
